I provide evidence-based counselling with a strong focus on supporting individuals, couples, and families in building healthy, resilient relationships. Grounded in compassionate and client centered psychological principles, our approach integrates psychodynamic, CBT and other Brain Based theories with a deep respect for each client’s unique values and life context.
